Cage Side Carousel
This clear acrylic pet bird foraging treat disk attaches to the side of the cage with (zinc-free) wingnuts and washers. A series of colored acrylic shelves give your bird a puzzle to solve before they can work the treats out of the mouse hole located on the front of the carousel.
Foraging is a natural way to expend energy and to entertain your bird. Birds often abandon a dish full of treats in order to work one out of a treat puzzle. The prizes worked out of puzzles are relished and eaten more fully. Fill a puzzle full of treats and wood pieces before you put your bird back in its cage to help it adjust to being alone.
